This page explains what Sol Granite LLC ("Sol Granite", "we") collects through solgranite.org, why, and what we do with it. Short version: we use your details only to reply about your countertop quote, and we never sell them.

What we collect

When you send the quote form, we collect what you type in: your name, your phone number and/or email, the type of project, and any project details you add. We do not ask for payment details on this website.

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit (such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

• To call, text or email you back about your quote, set up a measure, and do the job you ask us for.
• To keep a record of your request so we can answer your questions later.

That is the whole purpose. We do not use your details for anything else.

Who helps us deliver it

A few service providers handle your request on our behalf, and only to deliver it to us:

• Email delivery: the quote form sends your request to our business email through a form-delivery service (Web3Forms).
• Text alert: a copy of your request is sent to our business phone as a text message through a messaging provider (Twilio), so we can call you back faster.
• Website hosting: this site is hosted by Vercel and uses fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the fonts load.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not share it with anyone outside Sol Granite, apart from the providers listed above who deliver it to us.

No mobile information, including phone numbers and text opt-in data and consent, is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Calls and text messages

By sending the quote form, you agree that Sol Granite may call or text you at the number you give us about your quote request: follow-ups, scheduling your measure and installation, and questions about your project. These are customer care messages, not marketing. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies with your project. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also call us at (602) 577-2996 and ask us to stop.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. If we ever add tools to measure our advertising, we will update this page first and say plainly what they do.

How long we keep it and how we protect it

The site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Your request is kept in our password-protected business email and phone, and in the accounts of the people who help run our website and marketing. We keep it only as long as we need it to quote and serve you, and to keep normal business records.

Your choices

Children

This website is meant for adults planning work on their home. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
