These terms cover your use of solgranite.org, the website of Sol Granite LLC ("Sol Granite", "we"). By using the site or sending the quote form, you agree to them. They are written in plain language on purpose.

What this website is for

This site describes our countertop work and lets you ask for a quote. The information here is general. It is not a quote, an offer or a contract.

Quotes and pricing

Every kitchen is different, so prices are set only in a written, itemized quote after we measure your space. Nothing on this website is a price or a binding offer. Work begins only after you approve a written quote from us, and that quote is what governs the job.

Payment terms

When you approve your quote, you pay 100% of the material and 50% of the labor up front. The other 50% of the labor is paid when the job is done. Your written quote shows the exact amounts.

Natural stone

Granite, marble, limestone and other natural stones are cut from the earth, so every slab is unique. Color, veining and pattern vary from slab to slab and from what you see in photos or samples, which is why we choose slabs with you and mark the layout before we cut.

Project photos are here to give you an idea of what's possible. Your project is built to your own layout, stone and measurements.

Warranties

This website does not make any warranty or guarantee. If any warranty applies to your job, it is only what is written in your quote or contract.

Text messages

By sending the quote form, you agree that Sol Granite may call or text you about your quote. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help. You never have to agree to texts to buy from us; you can always call us instead. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Using the site

Please don't misuse the site: no spam through the quote form, no attempts to break or overload it, and no copying of our photos or text without asking.

Links to other sites

We link to our Instagram and may link to other sites. We're not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
